Enquiries submitted through the form
When you use the enquiry form, we process your name, contact details, event date and location, as well as any information you provide voluntarily, in order to answer your enquiry and prepare for a possible engagement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are generally deleted after twelve months, unless statutory obligations require longer retention.

Server logs
When you access the website, technically necessary information such as your IP address, the time of access, the requested page and browser identification is temporarily processed in server logs. This is necessary for secure operation on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies
The public website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. A technically necessary session cookie is used for the protected administration area.

Your rights
In particular, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Visitor statistics with Fathom Analytics
We use Fathom Analytics, provided by Conva Ventures Inc., Canada, to analyse use of our public pages and improve this website. The script is loaded from cdn.usefathom.com. Information sent includes the visited page, referring website, device/browser information and, as part of the connection, the IP address. According to the provider, the IP address and user-agent are briefly processed to generate a site-specific visitor signature. Fathom does not use tracking cookies or create advertising profiles across websites.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in data-minimising audience measurement and website improvement (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not send enquiry-form contents, offers or invoices to Fathom. The script is not included in the administration or private booking area. We honour an enabled Do Not Track signal. You may object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation by contacting party@djbenko.com.

Address checks and travel costs
We use Geoapify GmbH via the EU endpoint api-eu.geoapify.com to check the event address and calculate road distances. Our server sends only the event address or the necessary coordinates and the starting point in Bad Nauheim. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and message texts are not sent. The check is carried out at your request before submission; travel costs are calculated to prepare a quotation (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Temporary technical results are stored for no more than seven days; confirmed addresses and calculations form part of the enquiry. Incomplete locations from older enquiries are labelled as estimates.
